Discount Tire

Fastest tire rotation I’ve ever had at Discount Tire! I stopped in for a routine tire rotation and was honestly shocked how quick they were. I barely finished a chapter in the Book of Mormon before they were done. The crew got me checked in right away, rotated all 4 tires, checked the air pressure, and torqued everything to spec. No appointment needed and no upsell pressure. Free rotations are a huge perk, but the speed and friendliness are what keep me coming back. The Lake Charles team is professional, efficient, and clearly knows their stuff.

Excellent service! I got a flat tire while on vacation with my family, about 14 hours from home, and in that moment it felt incredibly stressful and overwhelming. Being so far from home with my family depending on me, I wasn’t sure how we were going to handle the situation or how long we’d be stuck. Thankfully, the team at Discount Tire took care of us quickly and professionally. From the moment we arrived, their calm and reassuring attitude immediately put us at ease. They fixed my flat and got us safely back on the road faster than I expected. By the time we left, the stress and worry had completely lifted, and we were able to continue our trip feeling relieved and grateful. Everyone was friendly, honest, and efficient. I really appreciate the great customer service. Highly recommend!

When I came in to ask about a spare tire for my new car, I was quoted a price on the exact match for the wheel that I provided. When the tire was ordered, I was called when it arrived and was told I could leave the wheel for the tire mount and they would text me when ready. Great experience, quality work mounting and a pleasure dealing with the guys that helped me out. I will definitely return for a tire quote when I need replacing tires.

Had a great experience with Discount Tire. Brought my car in for an alignment and getting new tires and rims put on. The guys working there are nice and did a great job. We will definitely be using them for all tire and such needs from now on.

want to take a moment to recognize my local Discount Tire for the consistently outstanding service they provide. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear this team takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their customers. Every visit has been efficient, professional, and stress-free, which is not something you find everywhere these days. What really stands out to me is the integrity of the staff, especially Josh and Dallas. I’ve spent time working in a tire shop myself, so I know how easy it can be to upsell unnecessary services or pressure customers into spending more. While waiting, I’ve listened closely to how they interact with customers, particularly elderly folks and women, and it’s refreshing to hear honest, straightforward conversations every time. They take the time to explain what’s actually needed and, just as importantly, what isn’t. There’s no scare tactics, no inflated recommendations, and no pushing extras just to boost a ticket. That kind of honesty builds real trust, and it’s something I don’t say lightly given my background in the industry. Josh and Dallas are both knowledgeable and patient, making sure customers understand their options without ever
